LIQUID ANILOX ROLLER CLEANER 

 

DESCRIPTION:

SmartFlex High Tech Anilox Cleaner is formulated to quickly clean water-based, UV and solvent based inks both manual and cleaning machinery applications. The product will penetrate deeply into the anilox cells to clean dried ink and sequester it so it will not re-deposit during the cleaning process. This is an aggressive, highly alkaline anilox roller cleaner and should not be used where soft metals are present.

 

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Flexographic Ink Cleaning: Apply full strength or dilute with water up to 50% to clean water-based conventional, solvent and UV flexographic ink.
Hot Tank or Ultrasonic Units: Mix with up to 90% water. Set tank temperature to a maximum of 140 degrees F. READ MSDS BEFORE USE. DO NOT ALLOW PRODUCT TO FREEZE. AVOID CONTACT WITH SOFT METALS LIKE ALUMINUM. CORROSIVE LIQUID.
