PREMIUM, ANILOX ROLLER CLEANER

 

DESCRIPTION:

SmartFlex ANILOX ROLLER CLEANING GEL will effectively and quickly clean anilox rollers of aqueous, solvent based, oil based or UV ink. This is a paste product designed to clean in-line at a significantly less cost per roller than an off-line cleaning method. Using SmartFlex ANILOX ROLLER CLEANING GEL will provide a more consistent cell volume, which will improve control of coat weights and ink films.

 

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Place a small amount of SmartFlex ANILOX ROLLER CLEANING GEL on a rag and apply evenly over the surface of the roller. Use a rag or appropriate brush and gently apply in a circular motion and leave sit for 10-15 minutes. Wipe the surface with a clean rag and then wet a second rag with warm to hot water and wipe again. Rinse any remaining residue. Please note that severely clogged rollers may require an extra application.
